We are so proud to share the Tartan Alumni Legacy Endowment – T.A.L.E. has reached the $500,000 milestone, making it one of the largest endowment funds at St. Margaret’s.

WHAT IS T.A.L.E. GIVING WEEK?
T.A.L.E. is a catchy acronym for the Tartan Alumni Legacy Endowment. It was created in 2014 for alumni and other Tartans to contribute directly to St. Margaret’s Endowment and support financial aid in perpetuity. T.A.L.E Giving Week is a set period of time each year when we encourage the entire Tartan community to philanthropically support St. Margaret's through participatory and leadership gifts to T.A.L.E. Tartans Giving Week will take place February 3-7, 2020.

Double your Impact
In 2018-2019 every gift made by alumni to T.A.L.E. will be matched dollar for dollar by a generous Tartan donor. That’s right, your gift will be doubled! If your company has matching gifts – the impact is tripled! -
Tartan Tradition
Be a part of the Tartan Tradition and make a gift – in any amount – to T.A.L.E. Our aim is to grow alumni participation to 30%. Currently we are at 10% - join together with your classmates and friends and be 20% by 2020. -
Be a Loyal Scot!
Launching this fall is our loyalty program - Club '79 - encouraging and recognizing alumni who make a gift to St. Margaret’s each and every year. Currently, the longest giving streak from an alumna/us is 26 years! ***All donors during T.A.L.E. Giving Week will become charter members of Club ’79! -
Be a Leader.
Curious at what amount you should give? We encourage alumni and parents of alumni to give what’s in their heart and what their budget allows. This past year we had gifts ranging from $1 to $25,000. Take a look at our T.A.L.E. giving levels and decide what makes sense for you…then repeat, year after year as part of our Tartan tradition.

The ability to give to St. Margaret's in perpetuity is truly profound. Your gift of say $20.11 with a gift of $1,992 and another of $99 really ads up. Give a nod to your own or your child(ren)'s graduating years with a "number" gift. Show just how #proudinplaid you really are.
