PTF Library Luncheon Brings Community Together for 43rd Year
One of St. Margaret’s longest-running and most-cherished traditions welcomed more than 340 supporters to the Montage Laguna Beach.
The Tartan community came together last week to celebrate one of St. Margaret’s longest-running and most-cherished traditions, as the 43rd PTF Library Luncheon welcomed more than 340 supporters to the Montage Laguna Beach.
An afternoon of friendship and fellowship featured beautifully decorated tables that reflected the theme “Once Upon a Time” in celebration of fairy tales and other magical literature.
The Library Luncheon was organized by event chair Blanca Shidla and the Library Luncheon committee, which included Lynsey Winters, Jaymie Cutaia, Brittaney Crock, Elin Markarian, Sanaz Nikravan, Loreal Spenuzza, Brittany Rovell and Katie Downey.
“It was such a beautiful day to celebrate and support this wonderful school community,” said PTF President Tania Robertson. “Seeing the hard work of the PTF Library Luncheon Committee come to life in such a beautiful location was awe-inspiring. I’m so grateful for Blanca Shidla for her vision, creativity and tireless work, and I want to thank everyone who helped add an amazing new chapter to this event.”
The event supported the PTF Grant Enrichment Program and the St. Margaret’s Library. Attendees could browse several tables with generously donated raffle items, as well as purchase special opportunity tickets for Lugano Diamond earrings, a tuition opportunity drawing, or the “Giving Garden” raffle.
“Congratulations to the PTF for an outstanding Library Luncheon,” Head of School Dr. Jeneen Graham said. “This is one of St. Margaret’s most beloved traditions. We are so thankful for the PTF leadership, including Tania Robertson and Blanca Shidla, for the hard work that went into this special day. To everyone who attended and took part, thank you for your commitment and support for St. Margaret’s. We are grateful.”
The PTF would like to thank the supporters of the 43rd Library Luncheon, including donors and underwriters, parent volunteers, the St. Margaret’s professional community and more.
