t. Margaret's boys volleyball program blanked Orange High School 3-0 Wednesday evening in Pasternack Field House.
The Tartans needed to shuffle the regular rotation with key hitter Reed Wainwright out, and several team members stepped up to fill the void. Luke Balint (6 aces, 8 kills, 5 assists) shifted from his middle blocker position to the outside and kept the Tartans on top with great serving runs and solid attacking. Sam Harvey (3 kills, 3 assists), Dylan Johnson (1 kill), and Henry Wohlgemuth (2 kills) all provided kills and strong blocking out of the middle. Shane Aitken provided 24 assists, while Andrew Otto contributed 13 digs.
The 4-0 in league play Tartans will next take on Santa Ana on the road on Friday, March 24.
