Tartan Open Brings Community Together in Support of Financial Aid

The traditional springtime event took place at El Niguel Country Club and welcomed parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents and friends of the school community.
The Tartan Open returned for another day of fun, friendship and 18 holes of golf under sunny skies, with a sold-out field of 130 participants teeing off in support of St. Margaret’s Episcopal School’s Financial Aid program.

The traditional springtime event took place at El Niguel Country Club and welcomed parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents and friends of the school community. In all, more than $80,000 was raised to support St. Margaret’s need-based Financial Aid program, which works to make the opportunities of St. Margaret’s accessible to capable and talented students from all backgrounds.

Participants enjoyed a day of friendship and fellowship on the course, and finished with a 19th-hole reception, dinner, Clubhouse Raffle, Live Auction and awards ceremony in the El Niguel Clubhouse.
