St. Margaret's boys lacrosse program opened the 2026 campaign with a solid 19-5 win over visiting Bishop Manogue from Reno, NV, on Friday evening.
The Tartans got to work quickly, with Jack Shea finding the net early and often. Shea finished with five goals, while Carson Barber made a statement with seven goals and two assists on the night.
Andrew Toubin (2g, 2a), Ryan Kees (1g, 1a), Aston Frankfort (1g, 1a), Ben Greek (1g, 1a), Cob Sprague (1g), Jack Webber (1g) and Arya Saidi (1g) all contributed offensively for the Tartans. Goalkeeper George Knapp made 5 saves in the win.
The Tartans will next face Huntington Beach at home on Friday, March 6.
