Tartan Boys Golf Cleans Up Against Katella

St. Margaret's got it done despite a depleted roster.
St. Margaret's golf program picked up a 214-300 league win against visiting Katella High at Shorecliffs on Thursday afternoon.

Despite a limited roster due to a multi-day tournament earlier in the week, the Tartans fared well on the day, with Stewart Ma leading all golfers with a close-to-par 37. Ethan Wang followed closely with a 40, while Brandon Yang shot a 42. Freshman Gavin McCarthy notched his first varsity start, shooting a 51.

The 9-0 in league Tartans will next face Orange Coast League opponent Costa Mesa on Tuesday, April 16, at San Juan Hills Golf Course.
