Tartans Ground Eagles 12-5

St. Margaret's boys lacrosse bested Santa Margarita on Tuesday evening.
The Tartans comfortably coasted by Santa Margarita 12-5 on the road Tuesday to improve to 7-1 on the year. A five-goal fourth quarter put the game out of reach for the Eagles.
 
Austin Hicks led all scorers with 4 goals and 3 assists to pace the Tartans in the win. Andrew Toubin (3g) and Johnny Iavarone (2g) kept St. Margaret's ahead all game, while Caswell Friedman and Connor McKenna added a goal and an assist each. Adam Horcasitas rounded out the scoring with 1 goal and 3 assists.

Defensively, St. Margaret's received solid games from Joseph Samluk (2 caused turnovers, 3 ground balls) and Declan Kelly (2ct), with Goaltender Eben O'Brien making 6 saves on the night.
 
The Tartans will next face Los Alamitos away on Saturday, March 23, at 12:30 p.m.
