Tartans Come Up Short by Only Two Strokes vs. CDM

The Tartans hosted non-league competitor Corona Del Mar at Shorecliffs Golf Course on Thursday afternoon. It was the team's first match at its new alternate San Clemente-based home course, a short tight track that requires precise shot-making. While the Tartans came up short, the game was close and competitive, coming down to the wire. Senior captain Cam Danz led the Tartans with a strong 34 (+1). Up next were senior Quinn Kyle and freshman Charlie Eifrig who turned in scores of 37 (+4). St. Margaret's will look to rebound next week with matches against Katella and Westminster on tap.
