Three-Point Shooting Key to Victory for Tartan Girls Basketball Over Estancia

St. Margaret's made 12 three-pointers in last night's win.
St. Margaret's girls basketball program defeated Estancia High School 70-38 Thursday evening. The Tartans scored 12 three-point baskets to put the team at No. 3 in program history for three-point shots made in a single game.
 
Harper Gideons led with 18 points with 5 three-pointers made as the Tartans improved to 9-2 in league play. Lila Wohlgemuth notched 17 points with 5 threes, while Sophia Gazzaniga had 11 points including a three-pointer. Annika Tufo added a three-pointer, and Tilda Curran provided 10 points off the bench.
 
The Tartans return to play on Friday, Jan. 26 at the Nike Extravaganza. St. Margaret's looks to avenge an earlier overtime loss to Calvary Chapel Santa Ana tonight.
