Tartan Surf Program Continues to Impress in SSS Competition

St. Margaret's posted great results during this past weekend.
The Tartans battled Crean Lutheran at the San Clemente Pier this past weekend and delivered outstanding individual results.

Braeden Nock surfed to a first-place finish in the longboard event, scoring a nine-point wave in his final heat. Charlie Denham also posted a first-place finish in the shortboard with an impressive performance. Both Nock and Denham lead the Scholastic Surf Series with back-to-back wins in their respective divisions.

Nick Fox dropped in on some large swells in his first heat on his way to a second-place finish in the bodyboard competition, while Brendon Lyons surfed through very challenging conditions to secure a fifth-place result in the shortboard event.

The Tartans return to competition on Nov. 18th at the San Clemente Pier.
