PTF Welcome Back Coffee Returns as Parents Connect and Learn More About Volunteer Opportunities

The event brought parents together to reconnect and learn more about volunteer opportunities within the PTF.
More than 200 members of the St. Margaret’s community gathered on the outside patio of San Juan Hills Golf Club today, as the annual Parent Teacher Fellowship Welcome Back Coffee event brought parents together to reconnect and learn more about volunteer opportunities within the PTF.

The traditional start-of-the-school-year gathering returned after a one-year hiatus, and it was the first in-person PTF event in more than 18 months. The eagerness for reconnection had parents enjoying a hot cup of coffee with old friends, meeting new friends and signing up to serve the school in one of many volunteer opportunities. There were informational tables for divisional opportunities, as well as all-school events like the Library Luncheon, the PTF Book Fair and the Parent Up Speaker Series.

If you were unable to make the event, there are still plenty of opportunities to volunteer through the PTF. Please contact the PTF office at 949.661.0108, ext. 1351, or visit the PTF Resource tile in mySMES.

The PTF would like to thank Welcome Back Coffee chair Anoosheh Gerayli and all the volunteers and attendees for making the special morning a success!
