PTF Hosts Meeting for Chinese-Speaking Community Members
The meeting detailed the PTF, volunteer opportunities within the organization and other ways to get involved in community life at St. Margaret’s.
St. Margaret’s Parent Teacher Fellowship last week hosted an event translated to Mandarin for Chinese-speaking parents that detailed the PTF, volunteer opportunities within the organization and other ways to get involved in community life at St. Margaret’s.
The meeting was well-attended, and had opening remarks by Head of School Will Moseley and a presentation by Executive Director of Advancement Jonathan Tufo. The meeting was led by PTF President Dana Sullivan and translated into Mandarin by St. Margaret’s parents Lin Kenny and Judith Jing.
In addition to information on upcoming PTF events and other ways to be involved in school activities, parents also broke up into smaller groups by division for further discussion.
The PTF is also planning an outreach meeting for Spanish-speaking members of the community in the near future.
