St. Margaret’s students received 11 individual honors for their performances in the Upper School musical production of Into the Woods at the 49th MACY Awards held this week at Segerstrom Hall.
St. Margaret’s students received 11 individual honors for their performances in the Upper School musical production of Into the Woods at the 49th MACY Awards held this week at Segerstrom Hall.
In addition to the awards, sophomore Tatiana Cloobeck was nominated for Best Actress and performed in a group number on stage with other nominees.
The MACY Awards, short for Music and Arts Commendation for Youth, have been awarded to Southern California performing arts students since 1969. MACY directors and judges attend shows in Orange, San Diego, Riverside and Los Angeles counties to carefully select winners in a number of categories.
