Leadership Circle Reception Celebrates Partnership, Philanthropy, and the Future of St. Margaret’s

Leadership Circle families and friends play an especially important role in helping the school remain strong, innovative, and future-focused
Last week, St. Margaret’s was honored to welcome members of the Leadership Circle to a special reception at the Head of School Residence in recognition of their extraordinary support of the Annual Fund. The evening brought together many of the school’s most engaged families for a meaningful time of gratitude, connection, and shared belief in the future of St. Margaret’s.

At St. Margaret’s, philanthropy is more than support. It is a partnership in the school’s mission to educate the hearts and minds of young people for lives of learning, leadership, and service. Leadership Circle families and friends, whose Annual Fund gifts are made at the $3,500 level and above, play an especially important role in helping the school remain strong, innovative, and future-focused during a time of extraordinary change in education and beyond.

Their generosity provides vital, flexible resources that strengthen every aspect of the student experience, from exceptional faculty and innovative programs to arts, athletics, wellness initiatives, technology, financial aid, and experiential opportunities that prepare students not only for college, but for a rapidly evolving future.

“As parents, we all want our children to be part of a school that continues to grow stronger, more innovative, and deeply grounded in its values,” shared Annual Fund Co-Chair and St. Margaret’s parent Crista Martin. “What became clear to our family over time is that tuition alone does not fully fund the level of excellence and opportunity that make St. Margaret’s so special. The Annual Fund helps provide that margin of excellence for every student and ensures this extraordinary community continues to thrive for generations to come.”

Throughout the evening, school leaders reflected on the importance of partnership, stewardship, and the collective responsibility in preparing young people to lead with wisdom, character, creativity and purpose.

“We are deeply grateful to Leadership Circle families for their generosity, leadership, and belief in the mission and future of the school,” said Stephanie Hoback, St. Margaret’s director of annual giving. “Their support continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of our students and our community.”
