Update from Head of School Search Committee

Thank you to so many of our community members who provided feedback to inform our Head of School Search via our first community survey in December. We had a very high participation rate across all constituent groups, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide such thoughtful input. Over the past several weeks our search partner, Spencer Stuart, has used that input alongside direction from the Board of Trustees and their on-campus meetings with the senior administrative team to inform our position specification.
 
Next week, we will invite the community to participate in a second survey, this time focused specifically on our St. Margaret’s culture.  This input will help Spencer Stuart align candidate skills with optimal fit for our role and community.  Please look for an email next week with a link to access the survey.
 
Additionally our Search Committee Co-Chairs, Cathy Stahl and Dana Sullivan, will be available to answer questions during the upcoming PTF General Membership meeting on Thursday, Jan. 27.
