SMES Senior Natalie Yee Named Coca-Cola Scholar Semifinalist
Natalie is one of 1,896 semifinalists out of nearly 100,000 applicants nationwide.
St. Margaret’s senior Natalie Yee was named a semifinalist for the 2019 class of the Coca-Cola Scholars Program, an achievement-based scholarship that recognizes and invests in students based on leadership, academics and service demonstrated in school and community activities.
Natalie is one of 1,896 semifinalists out of nearly 100,000 applicants nationwide. As a semifinalist, she will complete a second phase of the application process which will include essays, recommendations and academic transcripts in hopes of being named one of 250 regional finalists in January.
From there, 150 students will be named a Coca-Cola Scholar in March and receive a $20,000 college scholarship as well as an invitation to Atlanta to attend a celebratory banquet and Leadership Development Institute facilitated by past scholars
