Junior attackman Kevin Groeninger has been named OCVarsity Orange County Athlete of the Week. Groeninger has 19 goals and 10 assists in the playoffs as the Tartans make a run at their first U.S. Lacrosse Orange County Championship since 2015. Groeninger has been an offensive wizard for St. Margaret's, amassing 60 goals and 58 assists during the Tartans' 18-2 campaign.

Both St. Margaret's lacrosse programs have advanced to the U.S. Lacrosse Orange County Finals at Irvine High School on Wednesday, May 9. The girls will take on Mater Dei at 5:30 p.m., with the boys facing off against Foothill at 7:45 p.m. The winners of these games will meet the winners of the Los Angeles section on Saturday, May 12 at Newport Harbor High School for the U.S. Lacrosse Southern Section Championships.
