More than 100 pieces of artwork from students ranging from Preschool to Upper School is on display.

From 2D drawings to 3D sculptures to photographs and films, student artwork from Preschool through Upper School in a variety of mediums is on display now through May 4 during the Barbara Nelson PreK-12 Selected Works Exhibition in the Performing Arts Center foyer.

The exhibit was spotlighted during the Barbara Nelson PreK-12 Exhibit Reception last week. Attendees were able to meet many of the artists and learn more about their work as well as immerse in the artwork created through virtual reality within the HTC Vive headsets set up for viewing. Barbara Nelson, St. Margaret’s faculty emeritus and the namesake of the exhibit, attended the reception.

More than 100 pieces of artwork are on display in the exhibition, which were selected from art classes and clubs by the arts faculty based on quality of execution, concept, composition, decision-making, experimentation and originality.
