Cheerleading Receives Top Honors at Camp for 3rd Consecutive Year

The St. Margaret's varsity and junior varsity cheerleading program, led by Head Coach Kylie Fischer and Assistant Coach Kimberly Small, had a successful showing at the US Spiritleaders Overnight Cheer Camp at Vanguard University. The program was presented with the Unity Award, voted on by all the teams participating, that goes to the most united, spirited and encouraging team at the camp.
 
In addition, the following individuals were recognized individually and were judged on motion technique, jumps, spirit and enthusiasm, leadership, voice projection and overall crowd appeal: Allison Roy, Grace Lawler, Rachel Roy, Brooke Douglas, Shaudeh Farjami and Ashley Salcido.
 
The camp attracted over 300 cheerleaders and eight local schools.
