Harrison White, Class of 2013, and right-fielder for the Yale University Bulldogs has been profiled in The Orange County Register for his outstanding play with the team and outlook for the upcoming season.

White, who is in his junior year at the university, batted .302 overall his sophomore year and was named Second-Team All-Ivy League. He started in 29 of the team’s 34 games and led all of Division I baseball in batting average after the first week of the season.

According to the article: “As Yale gears up for its March 4 season opener, White can anticipate more reps in right field in 2016, as well as an enhanced role in the offense as he bats in the heart of the Bulldogs batting order.”

He was named to the Ivy League’s Preseason All-Conference Second Team, the only Yale baseball player on that list.

The article goes on to talk about White’s time at St. Margaret’s and his focus for the forthcoming season with the Bulldogs.
