See the Video! Lower School Students Explores Athletics Spaces in St. Margaret’s Commons

Lower School students had the opportunity to get an up-close look at the St. Margaret’s Commons’ athletic and personal fitness and wellness (PFW) spaces.
Lower School students had the opportunity to get an up-close look at the St. Margaret’s Commons’ athletic and personal fitness and wellness (PFW) spaces, as they engaged in a guided tour with Tartan athletic coaches leading the way.
 
Students visited each space designed for athletics and PFW in the Commons, including the sports performance and sports medicine centers, the Wes Carr Terrace, the Sullivan Family Cardio Studio, the McCallister Family Performance Studio, and the Judy Chen/Liyong Wang Family Recovery Studio and the Cashion Family Film Lab. The visit was led by associate athletic director and head girls basketball coach Josh Markum with help from strength and conditioning coach Michael Davis, who walked through a quick workout with the students on the terrace.
