St. Margaret's girls volleyball program notched its fifth early-season win, swamping Dana Hills 3-0 Thursday evening.
Ella Massoudi led the Tartans with 13 kills and an exceptional all-around effort comprised of 3 aces, 10 digs and 2.5 blocks. Arianne Bruckner followed close behind with 9 kills on 12 sets for a solid .667 efficiency.
Serena Torrance added to the middle attack with 3 kills and a strong .500 efficiency, while Sarah MacDonald led the Tartan defense with 16 digs and a stellar serve-receive effort. Emmery Ambe contributed defensively with 4 key digs in the game.
The Tartans relied on a strong serve game with 10 aces, putting the Dolphins on the back foot all game.
St. Margaret's will next take on Irvine at home on Tuesday, August 25 at 5:30 p.m.
