A Summer of Discovery, Creativity, and Fun at St. Margaret’s!

Preschool–Grade 8 Camps

Summer at St. Margaret’s welcomes everyone—both Tartans and students from the broader community. Led by our expert professional faculty, these creative camp experiences go far beyond traditional school-year subjects, giving students opportunities to discover new interests, build skills, and spark their curiosity and imagination all summer long.

Here are the popular highlights from our Summer 2026 lineup:

Early School Camps: Offered across summer sessions, these camps kept our youngest Tartans active and engaged in play-based learning and discovery across the Early School campus.

CSI Kids: Detective Lab: Led by Erin Moore, young sleuths dived into hands-on forensic investigation and creative problem-solving.

Art and Nature in Orange County: A brand-new camp co-led by Laura Redman and Mary Mayer-Grubb, where students combined outdoor exploration with creative artistic expression inspired by local Orange County environments.

Roller Coaster Mania: Young engineers explored kinetic physics, trajectory, and gravity while designing and constructing their own thrilling track models.

Space Explorers: Astronaut Academy: Campers launched into rocketry, astronomy, and space science exploration.

Food Science: A Tasty Science Adventure: Co-led by Ms. Moore and Lauren Johnson, curious culinary scientists combined kitchen creation with chemical reactions, exploring the delicious science behind food.
Science in Motion: Campers built, tested, and experimented through kinetic physics and engineering in this brand new camp and tackled exciting structural challenges. 

Wicked: The Musical Camp: Co-led by Michelle Hanna and Zach Hanna, performing arts enthusiasts brought the magic of the stage to life through song, dance, and theatrical storytelling.

Inspirit AI: Offered in partnership with Inspirit AI, this program gave Middle School students an immersive introduction to artificial intelligence and its real-world applications.

Tartan Athletics & Spirit Squad: Active Tartans stayed energetic with Tartan Athletic Camp (TAC) led by Aoibheann Leahy and Cheer Camp: Spirit Squad led by Avery Chambers.

Dance Camps: Returning by popular demand, Kirsten Harvey and Alexa Wade led energetic sessions including Little Ballerinas and Hip Hop, Tap, and More!, inspiring movement, rhythm, and self-expression.

Community Favorites & Stage Highlights

In addition to exciting daily camps, Summer at St. Margaret’s welcomed back theatrical favorites, including Innovation Stage Jr. & Sr. directed by Mr. Hanna, Katie DeShan, Lesley McKinnell, and Mrs. Hanna. Outdoor enthusiasts also hit the water with SUP: Stand Up Paddleboarding, SoCal Sites, and Outdoor Adventure.
Looking Ahead to Summer 2027! 

Mark your calendars! Registration for Summer 2027 opens in January 2027. Summer 2027 will run from June 7 through July 30. We look forward to another fantastic season of learning, growth, and adventure!
