Charlie Allen turned in a performance against Portola Friday.
The Tartan baseball program had a league win against Portola High School, downing the Bulldogs 6-2 on the road this past Friday.
Charlie Allen had himself a game on the bump for the Tartans, striking out 8 Bulldog batters over 7 innings. Allen also helped himself on the offensive side of things, driving in 2 runs for St. Margaret's. Preston Kuhn and Sebastian Salazar each went 1-for-2 with 2 walks, a stolen base and a run scored. Jake Wilson had 2 RBIs in the win.
The Tartans (1-3 in league play) will next take on Laguna Beach on the road on Tuesday, March 24.
