At St. Margaret's Episcopal School, we believe that everyone is on an artistic journey. Through experiences in the visual arts, music, dance, theater and technical arts, students discover and nurture the artists within.
As an extension of the classroom, our athletic teams are committed to remaining at the forefront of innovation and progressive leadership so that our student-athletes may achieve at the highest possible level.
At St. Margaret’s, students are encouraged to explore their own interests in this vibrant, close-knit community, and Tartans seek opportunities for growth in athletics, the arts, service learning, leadership and more.
Students and families stopped by to browse the many offerings of books at the PTF Book Fair.
St. Margaret’s welcomed the return of the PTF Book Fair this week, bringing three days of literary excitement to Sillers Hall as students and families explored shelves stocked with titles for readers of all ages.
This year’s theme “Reading Wonderland,” offered a wide selection of books along with school supplies, games, toys, and a station of teacher wish-list bins designed to support individual classrooms.
Adding to the festivities, Katie DeShan, Middle School theater teacher and director, visited with Early School students for a special reading of The Gift of Words by Peter H. Reynolds.
Throughout the week, classes arrived during scheduled times to browse and shop, while the PTF also hosted an after-hours Family Fun Night, giving the Tartan community an opportunity to enjoy the book fair together.
Proceeds from the event benefit the St. Margaret’s Library, supporting resources and programs for students campus-wide.
