Tartan Beach Volleyball Downs Foothill Tech, Advance to CIF Quarter Final

St. Margaret's brought a 4-1 victory home from Ventura Monday.
St. Margaret's beach volleyball program defeated Foothill Tech 4-1 Monday in the second round of the CIF-SS Ford Girls Beach Volleyball Div. II Championship. Despite a long road trip for the Tartans, St. Margaret's got down to business early, with the teams of Sami Duran/Peyton Cruse and Emma Kim/Mimi Spangler winning pivotal matches to seal the victory.
 
The Tartans will face South Torrance Tuesday, May 2 at Huntington Beach Newland Courts at 3 p.m. in the Div. II Quarter Final round.
