St. Margaret's Girls Tennis Sends Five to the CIF-SS Individual Tournament

The Tartan girls tennis program wrapped up a dominant league slate, sending five athletes to the CIF-SS Individual Tournament. Audrey Harrington played her way to a second-place league finish, while Kate Purpura and Angela Liu defeated Tartan teammates Annabel Thiel and Rylee Carlson 6-2, 6-0 in doubles finals action. All five will represent the Tartans at the Individuals on November 21.
In other tournament play, Alexa Edwards finished third in singles with Emily Kim finishing fourth. Emily Guerinot and Sophia Karahalios had a fourth-place finish in doubles.
St. Margaret's will return to the courts as a team to compete in the CIF-SS team tournament starting Wednesday, November 2.
