Tartans Sweep Sherman Oaks Notre Dame to Advance in CIF Volleyball Playoffs

St. Margaret's girls volleyball program advanced to the second round of the CIF-SS Div. III playoffs, defeating Sherman Oaks Notre Dame 3-0.
The Tartans were led by Brady Moseley, who had 25 kills and hit .322, including an ace to close out the final set. Emerson Tingler had six kills on eight attempts and hit .750 with no errors, while Lucinda Hill dominated at the net all evening.
"This was probably our best all-around defensive effort of the year," said head coach Bob Yoder. " And it came at a great time."
The Tartans will take on Edison High School on the road in the second round on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 6:00 p.m.
