To top off a successful meet, St. Margaret's head coach Staciana Winfield was named San Joaquin League Coach of the Year.

"Every coach wishes that all the hard work of a season pays off at the championship meet for their team. I was moved to tears yesterday watching our team put all the pieces together, support each other as a true ‘swamily’ and swim with their hearts for our team," said head coach Staciana Winfield. "Every team member scored points and contributed in the pool, earning personal season bests! I am grateful to our seniors: Charlie Whiting, Sasha Kuljis, Amelia Kang, Mary Smith, Cathryn Giusto and Julia Olosky, for their commitment to the team and love for each other. It is an honor to coach them, watch them grow into incredible people, and help them reach their potential as fast swimmers! Go Tartans!"
