Two Tartans Earn All-CIF Recognition

The CIF Southern Section has released its winter sport All-CIF awards, and two Tartans have cracked the roll of honor:

Dylan Cormac, Boys Basketball
This winter, Cormac was a force for the Tartans, averaging 23 points and four rebounds per game. Also a threat from the field, Cormac netted 93 three-pointers over 20 games and had a season-high 46 points against Fallbrook High School in November.

Matt Groeninger, Boys Soccer
Groeninger, who served as team captain for St. Margaret's, was a vital component of the Tartan's offensive attack. Notching 18 goals and nine assists, Groeninger kept the Tartans undefeated in league play.

Congratulations, Tartans!
