Lower School Celebrates Christmas During Lessons and Carols Services

Lessons and Carols was first celebrated in December 1979 and is one of the oldest traditions of St. Margaret’s Episcopal School. 
The Lower School had its annual Christmas celebration of Lessons and Carols with two services on Wednesday and two on Thursday in St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. The service included Bible readings, carols and musical performances.

Lessons and Carols was first celebrated in December 1979 and is one of the oldest traditions of St. Margaret’s Episcopal School. It began as an opportunity for students, parents and the St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church community to worship together through the retelling of the Christmas story.
