The Tartans led by Junior Amy Meng and Freshman Kate Lee shot 274 in a win against Fairmont. Amy had a tough ruling on the par 3 Seventh hole when her ball plugged into the mud and she ended up taking a penalty stroke- but she bounced back nicely on the next hole recording a chip in birdie on the par 5. Kate also had a birdie on the eighth hole chipping her third shot to within five feet and draining the putt. Other memorable moments were Sarah bogeying the ninth hole in near darkness wearing sunglasses; Wendy bogeying eighth hole after nearly losing her ball; and Simone and Ella both had a double bogeys during their rounds. Medalist for the match was Kate with a 37 and Amy was the second lowest golfer carding a 41.
