Jack Hanna Advances to Round of 16 at Prestigious The Ojai Tennis Tournament
Hanna will face Conrad Brown of University on Friday.
St. Margaret's senior Jack Hanna has advanced to the Round of 16 at The Ojai Tennis Tournament in Ojai, Ca. Hanna defeated Crean Lutheran's Daniel Choi 6-2, 6-2 early Thursday, followed up by a 4-6, 6-0, 6-4 win over Paul Dandler of Orange Lutheran.
Hanna is set to face University High's Conrad Brown on Friday morning.
The Ojai Tennis Tournament dates back to 1896, with inter-scholastic competition beginning in 1907. The tournament is one of the largest of its kind in the United States, spanning more than 105 tennis courts and counting such tennis greats as Arthur Ashe, Billie Jean King, Stan Smith, Jimmy Connors, Lindsay Davenport and Pete Sampras as past entrants.
