The Empty Plates Project is a St. Margaret’s Farm to Table event that raises money and awareness for food related issues.  This year’s event will take place on Thursday November 9th from 5:30-6:30. The plates have been made by all ages of the St. Margaret’s community will be sold for $20.00 each.  Local chefs have been invited to be on site to share delicious dishes of their choosing.  After you finish eating, the handmade plates you have purchased are yours to take home. This year funds raised will go to the Ecology Centers garden outreach program, serving the San Juan community.
