On a small Greek island, Sophie dreams of a perfect wedding to her fiancée, Sky. She longs to have her father give her away as tradition dictates. However, Sophie does not know who her father is. For her entire life, Sophie’s mom refused to talk about her past. Sophie longs to find out the truth about who she is and hopes to create what she’s never had: a traditional family. Sophie’s mom, Donna, was the former lead singer of the 1970s pop group, Donna and the Dynamos. Sophie decides to take matters into her own hands. By looking through her mother’s old diaries, Sophie discovers three possible fathers: Sam, Bill, and Harry. She secretly invites all three to the wedding, convinced that she’ll know her father when she sees him. But when all three turn up, things aren’t as clear as she thought! With the help of her mother and friends, Sophie discovers that families come in many different shapes and sizes, and that love doesn’t always need to follow the rules.
