More than 750 Tartans kicked off a festive night at St. Margaret's with good food and plenty of fun.
The annual St. Margaret’s Tartan Family BBQ & Tailgate last Friday was a hit, with more than 750 Tartans in attendance to enjoy barbeque, ice cream, live music, friendship and community.
Between the Lower School playground, organized games in the Campaigne Center, plenty of conversation, and dancing next to the stage where the George Fryer Band performed hit songs, Tartans had plenty of fun before heading over to the varsity football game against Whittier Christian ushered by bagpipes and St. Margaret’s cheerleaders.
The football team capped off a fun night by beating Whittier Christian, 70-49, in an exciting offensive show at Tartan Field. A big thank you to chair Marina Goffredo and everyone who helped organize this successful event.
