Defensive stalwart Ava Meeks and seasoned goalkeeper Riley Long showcased exceptional leadership and anchored the back line, contributing significantly to the win.
"Finding a way to win an away game after going down a goal early filled me with immense joy to see the team fight back and come away with a well-deserved victory," said head coach Jenny Anderson-Hammond. "We look forward to returning home tomorrow night to play Calvary Chapel."
The Tartans will look to improve to 2-2 in league play as they face CC Santa Ana at home on Thursday, Dec. 21, at 5 p.m.
