Talented Tartan Writers and Artists Honored With Regional Scholastic Awards

The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards recognizes art and writing works in 28 different categories for students in grades 7-12. 
St. Margaret’s Upper School and Middle School students were recognized for their writing and artistic talents, winning a total of 87 awards in the 2024 Regional Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. 
 
Tartans won 52 art awards and 35 writing awards in the West Coast Regional At-Large Divisions. That total includes 22 gold key winners, which will be forwarded for judging in the national competition. National award winners will be announced in June. 
 
The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards recognizes art and writing works in 28 different categories for students in grades 7-12. St. Margaret’s recognized the students at recent gatherings, including Upper School Convocation and Middle School awards Chapel.
