Seniors James Mott and Koa Todd Earn Postseason Football Honors

Mott has been selected to represent St. Margaret's at the annual Orange County North vs. South All-Star Game while Todd earned Division VI All-CIF recognition.
After a successful 2018 football season, two Tartans seniors are being recognized with postseason honors.

Quarterback James Mott has been selected to represent the south division at the 60th Annual Orange County North vs. South All-Star Classic on Saturday, Jan. 26 at Orange Coast College. The game features the best graduating seniors in Orange County as selected by the Orange County Sports Writers Association and is hosted by the Los Angeles Chargers.

Mott had an outstanding 2018 season for the Tartans, throwing for 1876 yards with a 53.46 percent completion rate and 21 touchdowns.

Linebacker Koa Todd has been named to the Division VI All-CIF Football Team. Todd led the Tartans with 101 tackles, 73 solo tackles, 28 assists, seven sacks and 14 tackles for a loss. Playing both sides of the ball, Todd also contributed 53 carries for 320 yards, 19 receptions for 404 yards with four rushing touchdowns and three touchdowns through the air.
