Tartan Volleyball Sweeps Southland Christian in Solid Win

The Tartans turned in a total team effort in the 3-0 victory.
St. Margaret's girls volleyball team picked up its second league win in a 3-0 victory over visiting Southlands Christian School, improving to 2-2 in the Academy League.

The Tartans swept the Eagles 25-13, 25-12, 25-10 on Monday evening behind Liv Hale's team-high 13 kills and Mary Collier's four aces. Gracyn Benck delivered 12 kills on 16 attempts while Tatum Westendorf had nine kills and was stellar on defense.

St. Margaret's will return to league play on Thursday, September 27 on the road at Southlands Christian. Match time is set for 5 p.m.
