Former St. Margaret's Soccer Coach Making an Impact for England at The World Cup

Former St. Margaret's coach Allan Russell is on the staff of England's national team at The World Cup.
Allan Russell, who coached the Tartans boys soccer program from 2014-2015, is currently a specialist forwards coach for England as The Three Lions vie for their first World Cup Championship since 1966. Russell, who played professionally in Scotland, England and the United States, is largely credited for England's success on set plays and penalty kicks. Notably, England defeated Colombia on penalties on July 3. England will take on Croatia in the Semi-finals on Wednesday, July 11.
