More than 365 guests celebrated and supported St. Margaret’s in a picturesque oceanfront setting at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel.
St. Margaret’s Parent Teacher Fellowship held its 37th annual PTF Library Luncheon last week, as more than 365 guests celebrated and supported St. Margaret’s in a picturesque oceanfront setting at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel.
Themed “Bright Lights Big City,” the lunch carried a New York City theme with beautiful table decorations that celebrated all the famous features of the Big Apple, from Broadway to Central Park to the Fashion District. The event was chaired by Amy Ainsworth along with co-chairs Caren Edler, Betsy Denham and Danielle Fox.
“It was an amazing afternoon of fellowship,” said PTF President Marina Goffredo. “We are so fortunate to have a community that comes together, gives and celebrates in support of our students.
“Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all of the volunteers and staff who helped add another wonderful chapter to this beloved tradition, and especially to Amy and the co-chairs Caren, Betsy and Danielle for their hard work in making the day so special.”
Guests mingled on The Ritz-Carlton lawn, viewing the beautiful table decorations and browsing the “Fifth Avenue Boutique” with generously donated raffle items. Guests also had the opportunity to purchase special raffle tickets for two destination packages, a raffle for a Lugano diamond pendant, or for a tuition opportunity drawing.
In addition, through the “Brooklyn Bridge Locks of Love,” attendees could support the St. Margaret’s Library by purchasing a lock and writing a special message on it for their child. All locks are on display at the Library until the end of the school year.
The PTF thanks those who generously supported this cherished St. Margaret’s tradition, from underwriters and boutique donors to parent volunteers, attendees and St. Margaret’s staff including PTF Office Manager Beth Adamany.
