The students read books to Padres Unidos preschool students, then presented food boxes to the Padres Unidos families that were donated by the grade 3 families during a ceremony in the Church Fountain Courtyard. 
St. Margaret’s grade 3 students continued their tradition of serving Padres Unidos families ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

The students read books to Padres Unidos preschool students, then presented food boxes to the Padres Unidos families that were donated by the grade 3 families during a ceremony in the Church Fountain Courtyard. The Padres Unidos families wrote thank-you notes and shared homemade foods in return, before grade 3 students went back to their classrooms to reflect on the service experience.

Padres Unidos is a preschool and parent education program for low-income Hispanic families in Orange County.
