Photos: Young Musicians Take the Stage at the Summer Music Festival

Students ages 5 – 15 performed on piano, violin, viola and cello in solo performances last week in two public concerts as part of the Summer Music Festival on the Hurlbut Theater stage.
Students ages 5 – 15 performed on piano, violin, viola and cello in solo performances last week in two public concerts as part of the Summer Music Festival on the Hurlbut Theater stage.
 
The solo strings and piano performance performers were joined by a guest orchestra, Symphony Irvine, a non-profit ensemble made up of professional and community players throughout Orange County. The Suzuki Strings ensemble also performed in the concerts, which featured music from composers like Bach, Boccherini, Vivaldi, Haydn, Mozart, Rachmaninov, and Saint-Saens.
