St. Margaret's Continues to Roll Through Orange Coast League Opponents

Girls golf remains unbeaten while the tennis and volleyball programs picked up essential league wins this week.
St. Margaret's girls golf, tennis and volleyball programs continued to dominate in action this past week.
 
Girls Golf
 
The Tartans started the week with a win against non-league opponent Ocean View High School on Sept. 19. Against the Seahawks, St. Margaret's posted a 200-231 win, led by Tartans Gabby Eifrig (29, -2) and Jessica Liu (36, +5).
 
Unbeaten St. Margaret's faces league opponent Costa Mesa on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Costa Mesa Country Club.
 
Girls Tennis
 
St. Margaret's was near-perfect in a 16-2 win over Orange High School on Sept. 20. The Tartans won all nine doubles sets played with Rylee Carlson and Annabel Thiel going 6-0. Emily Kim was victorious in all three of her singles matches for the Tartans.
 
St. Margaret's will take on Santa Ana at Saddleback College on Thursday, Sept. 22.
 
Girls Volleyball
 
The Tartan volleyball program continued its perfect league run, downing CC Santa Ana 3-0 at home on Tuesday, Sept. 20. St. Margaret's dominated with 17 aces on the night and hit at a .357 clip.
 
Eileen Sadati had six kills with an efficiency of .455, while Luci Hill added four kills from setter attacks.
 
The Tartans will look to continue its winning streak, facing non-league opponent Orange Lutheran at home on Wednesday, Sept. 21.
