Two Upper School Students Named OC Artist of the Year Semifinalists

Of the 105 semifinalists in seven disciplines, 22 will be named finalists, and seven (one from each discipline) will be named 2022 Artist of the Year.
Two St. Margaret’s Upper School students were recently named semifinalists in the 2022 Orange County high school artist of the year program by the Orange County Register.
 
Mark Robinson, a senior, was named one of 15 semifinalists in handcrafted visual arts out of 92 initial nominees. Mark is one of three semifinalists whose specialty is ceramics.
 
Also honored was junior Charlotte Quintanar, who was named one of 15 semifinalists in film/animation out of 49 initial nominees. Charlotte was one of two semifinalists specializing in animation and visual effects.
