Watch the Film! Early Childhood School Students Learn in the Innovative Demonstration Lab

Here’s a look into how the young Tartans use the space for learning, tasting—and lots of fun!
The Demonstration Lab in the Early Childhood School is an original creation inspired by the school’s innovative curriculum, which includes a full kitchen and brings endless learning possibilities to young students centered around the food they eat. Concepts students learn through food preparation ranges from math to science to cultural competency to history.
