St. Margaret's Student-Athletes Sign National Letters of Intent During Fall Signing Period
Two student-athletes from the Class of 2020 committed to continue their academic careers and play intercollegiate athletics during the fall signing period.
St. Margaret's Episcopal School is pleased to announce that two student-athletes from the Class of 2020 committed to play intercollegiate athletics next year during the fall National Signing Day. Seniors Campbell Case and Emerson Flornes will continue their academic pursuits, as well as play their respective sport at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
Campbell Case, Johns Hopkins University
Campbell Case, a member of St. Margaret's 2018 and 2019 U.S. Lacrosse Southern Section Champion girls lacrosse teams, has committed to study and play lacrosse at NCAA Division-I Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.
Campbell has been an anchor for the Tartan lacrosse program, notching All-County Team selections for three straight years. Campbell is designated as a five-star recruit, ranked No. 40 overall in the Class of 2020, and No. 11 at the attack position. Campbell is a 2020 Adrenaline All-American and four-time Under Armour Underclass All-American.
Campbell has volunteered her time with Special Camp and as a coach for Renegade Lacrosse.
Emerson Flornes, University of Pennsylvania
Emerson Flornes, a two-time captain of St. Margaret's girls volleyball program, has committed to study and play volleyball at NCAA Division-I University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Emerson, a First-Team All-League selection in 2018 and Dave Mohs All-Tournament Award winner in 2018 and 2019, led the Tartans to Portola Tournament gold in 2019 and the Dave Mohs Tournament D2 Title in 2018 as well as a share of the 2019 San Joaquin League Championship in 2019. Emerson, selected as a member of the 2019 Under Armour All-American Watch List, was also on the 2018 AVCA Phenom List.
Emerson has volunteered at St. Margaret's for Special Camp.
