Tartan Golfers Qualify for CIF-SS Postseason Tournaments

St. Margaret's nabbed two individual playoff spots from the San Joaquin League.
At the end of 36 holes of golf over a two-day period, St. Margaret’s captured two of the four CIF-SS Individual Playoff spots allocated to the San Joaquin League. Yuki Bannai and Michael Etchandy finished No. 2 and 3 to earn First Team All-League in addition to qualifying for the CIF-SS Individual Sectional at Skylinks Golf Course in Long Beach on May 6. In addition to the individual CIF-SS on Monday, the team as League Co-Champions earned a team spot at the CIF-SS South Coast Divisional Championship at Talega Golf Club on Tuesday, May 14.

St. Margaret’s also earned five postseason All-League honors with Michael Etchandy and Yuki Bannai named first team, Kevin Guo and Graden Huang second team All-League and Jack Wojcik being recognized as All-League honorable mention.
