Gr. 4-5 Musical Emerald Cast Show 1

The Arts at St. Margaret’s presents the 2023 LS Grades 4-5 musical, The Wizard of Oz. The musical features a range of songs, including “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” “Follow the Yellow Brick Road,” and “We’re Off to See the Wizard.” The story takes place in the Land of Oz and follows the adventures of a young girl named Dorothy, who is swept away from her home in Kansas by a tornado and transported to a magical land. Along the way, she meets a cast of beloved characters, including the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, who join her on her journey to see the Wizard of Oz, who they believe can help them with their problems.

This production has two casts: Ruby Cast and Emerald Cast. Ruby Cast shows: Thur. May 11 at 6 p.m. and Sat. May 13 at 2 p.m. Emerald Cast shows: Fri. May 12 at 6 p.m. and Sat. May 13 at 5 p.m. There is no Intermission. Running time approx. 75 minutes.
